Kim Bradley, Secretary

Ms. Bradley joined the organization two (2) years ago having been transferred from the Office of the Prime Minister as the OECS Ambassador"s secretary.

Inventories Officer


The post of Inventories Officer is now held by Miss Ivaline Joseph. Ms Joseph joined the organization in December 2013 being transferred from the Government Printery.

Rose Mayers - Librarian

Miss Rose Mayers is an active member of NEMO with a wealth of experience having been a volunteer before joining the organization three (3) years ago.  She is trained in various fields of Disaster Management, inclusive of Community Search and Rescue, School Safety, Risk Programme Management, Initial Damage Assessment, Shelter and Shelter Management, Telecoms to name a few. She is also a trained First Aider and First Aid Trainer with St. John Association of Saint Lucia.  She worked in the tourism industry for over 20 years and is also a member of the National Volunteer Programme since its inception in 2007. She is mother of 4. 2 boys and 2 girls.

During the response to Hurricane Tomas she was deployed to Soufriere to provide support to the efforts there. Presently she holds the post of Assistant Librarian at the NEMO Secretariat.

Hildreth Augustin - Mass Crowd Events Officer

Hildreth has over 20 years of experience as a Disaster Manager.
He is a former Chair of the National Transport Committee and now holds the postof Mass Crowd Events Officer

Andrew George - Training Officer

Andrew is trained in Human Resource Development which makes him perfect of the job of Training Officer, the position he holds within the Organization.  Never a dull moment for him as his job takes him to the different communities and business houses island wide and sometimes out of state.

He loves what he does and it shows in his deliveries and willingness to assist all who ask.

He is a graduate of St Mary's College and the A' Level College.

He joined  NEMO in 2008 and is the former Mass Crowd Events Officer.

Malcolm Job - Maintenance Officer

Malcolm joined NEMO HQ in 2011 and is a valued member of staff. He is a graduate of Leon Hess Comprehensive Secondary School, a lover of education and is currently studying Telecoms at NEMO. He is also a bar tender  by profession and is very passionate about healthy living.

Daniel Isembert - Driver

Daniel has been the driver at NEMO since 2006. He is a graduate of the Vide Boutielle Secondary school and an avid footballer player.
